Permanently delete multiple clients that have been archived. Clients must be archived before deletion. This action is irreversible. Returns success and failure counts with IDs.

## Parameters

## Safety

**Bulk changes.** Changes many records in one call. Review the scope carefully before confirming — bulk changes are treated as destructive because of their blast radius.
