Delete a pipeline record. Use for records created by mistake or test data — for records you may need again, prefer [`pipeline_records_archive`](/tools/pipelines/pipeline_records_archive). The record is marked as deleted and hidden from all views, but not permanently removed. Returns confirmation of the deletion.

## Parameters

## Example prompts

## Safety
