Get full details of one tenancy by UUID — includes management fee, rent collection state, inspection cadence, linked lease_id and owner_client_id. Use [`tenancies_list`](/tools/tenancies/tenancies_list) first if you don't have the UUID. Returns the complete tenancy record.
