Tool	Type	What it does
`referrals_list`	Read-only	Search for referrals by name, status, type, or date range.
`referrals_get`	Read-only	Get full details of a referral by UUID, including referred person info, referring agent, receiving agent, financial details, and linked escrow.
`referrals_create`	Creates data	Create a new referral to track an agent-to-agent referral.
`referrals_update`	Updates data	Update an existing referral's information or status.
`referrals_stats`	Read-only	Get aggregate statistics for referrals: total count, counts by status, total fees earned, total fees pending.
`referrals_archive`	Updates data	Archive a referral to hide it from active views without deleting it.
