contacts_stats

Get aggregate statistics for all contacts: counts by status (homeowner/non_homeowner), counts by role (sphere/lead/client), and total portfolio value. Use this for dashboard metrics and network analysis. Does NOT return individual contact records - use contacts_list for that.

Parameters#

This tool takes no parameters — just ask.

Safety#

Read-only. This tool never changes your data — it only looks things up. Safe to run anytime.
