engagements_delete

Permanently delete a vendor engagement.

Permanently delete a vendor engagement. This is IRREVERSIBLE - the engagement will be hidden from all views including archived. The engagement must be archived first. For normal cleanup, use engagements_archive instead, which is reversible.
