Get a summary of all escrows including counts by status and upcoming closings. Use for overview questions.

Parameters#

This tool takes no parameters — just ask.

Example prompts#

• "How many escrows do I have open, and which close in the next two weeks?"
• "Give me a quick summary of my escrows by status."

Safety#

Read-only. This tool never changes your data — it only looks things up. Safe to run anytime.
