leases_expiring

List leases expiring within the next N days (default 60, max 365).

List leases expiring within the next N days (default 60, max 365). Returns active + expiring leases ordered by lease_end ascending — closest expiration first. Use this to surface renewal opportunities, proactive outreach, or renewal-vs-sale pitches. This is the primary tool for the "who needs attention this quarter" question.
