listings_stats

Get aggregate statistics for all listings: counts by status (active/pending/sold/expired), total active listings value, and average days on market. Use this for dashboard metrics and pipeline overview. Does NOT return individual listing records — use listings_list for that. Returns statusCounts array and activeListingsValue total. For specific listings, use listings_list with filters.

Parameters#

This tool takes no parameters — just ask.

Example prompts#

• "What's my total active listings value and average days on market?"
• "Give me a count of my listings by status for the dashboard."

Safety#

Read-only. This tool never changes your data — it only looks things up. Safe to run anytime.
