Get full details of a vendor partner by UUID, including contact info, vendor type, tier, partner_since date, notes, tags, and relationship history.

Get full details of a vendor partner by UUID, including contact info, vendor type, tier, partner_since date, notes, tags, and relationship history. Returns all fields. If you don't have the UUID, use partners_list first.
