tenancies_delinquent

List active and vacating tenancies where rent is currently late (rent_current=FALSE). Ordered by last_rent_collected_at ascending (longest-overdue first) with NULLs first (never-collected). This is the primary tool for the "who do I need to chase on rent" question.

This tool takes no parameters — just ask.

Read-only. This tool never changes your data — it only looks things up. Safe to run anytime.
